This current version of the venerable Beer Game remains a powerful, and fun, tool to teach some fundamental principles of supply chain dynamics. It can be used as a standalone exercise to introduce supply chain principles to non-logistics professionals, or as a team-aligning device to introduce a large assignment.
We are veterans of hundreds of games, and can teach on the fly as the game plays out (each one is different from the last). Game play includes a general introduction to the real world of supply chain operations and a thorough debriefing, tailored to game results
